Vacation Voucher Terms & Conditions and Covid-19 Waiver

  1. The voucher entitles the bearer to accommodation in any Enchanted Memories Travel LLC affiliated resort, subject to the dollar value of the voucher, chosen destination, and the date of travel being available.
  2. This offer is open to customers aged 18 years or above. In case of children, at least one adult member, preferably a parent, should accompany them.
  3. Voucher can be redeemed on trips with a minimum value of $1,500.
  4. Cannot be redeemed for air-only bookings.
  5. Rooms provided in hotels/resorts are usually equipped with standard amenities.
  6. Personal expenses are not included in this Voucher. However, meals and transfers may be provided in certain packages.
  7. You will be responsible for any damage caused to the property of hotel/resort during your stay and will be asked to pay for the damage, if any, to the resort directly.
  8. Availability of rooms in the majority of hotels/resorts can be confirmed 30-45 days prior. Advance notice is required. Booking will be completed once the Enchanted Memories Travel book your trip form has been completed.
  9. The voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
  10. The hotel has the right to charge for additional facilities like extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities availed by the customers during their stay at the hotel. Any such payment towards utility charges will be payable in full to the hotel directly by the customer at the time of Check-out.
  11. Group booking: Only one voucher can be used on a single booking.
  12. Booking in a hotel/resort or package vacation will be done in the name of the customer on the residential address of the customer, as specified in the voucher & book your trip form. A proof of identity is required for booking and is also to be produced at the time of Check-in at the hotel.
  13. A confirmation e-mail will be issued in the name of the customer by Enchanted Memories Travel LLC once the booking in a hotel or resort has been made.
  14. All standard Terms and Conditions of Enchanted Memories Travel LLC shall also apply.
  15. Enchanted Memories Travel LLC and its affiliate companies/officers/ employees/agents and distributors have no liability in relation to any claims, losses, damages whether direct or indirect arising in relation to stay. Enchanted Memories Travel LLC and its affiliates/ officers/ employees will not be responsible or liable to meet any claim of the customer against any accident, injury or death etc. caused to the customer or any other person traveling along with the customer, either during the course of their stay or in any other manner in relation to vacation voucher or the company itself. Customers are responsible for arranging their passport and visa related documents.
  16. No changes can be made once the booking has been confirmed. Any charge or cancellations to the additional services will be made in sync with standard terms and conditions which are advised at the time of booking.
  17. Booking is subject to availability at all times.
  18. Any person availing this package or travel voucher shall be considered explicitly agreeing to the complete Terms and Conditions of the company.
  19. All refunds will be made in sync with standard terms and conditions which are advised at the time of booking.
  20. All members must have adequate travel insurance before traveling. While purchase of insurance is not mandatory under the Terms and Conditions of this voucher, it is strongly recommended to ensure sufficient cover in case of any mishap.
  21. Enchanted Memories Travel LLC, the promoter, its agents and distributors shall not be responsible or liable for any failure to present the confirmation forms for check-in to the affiliated resorts, thus resulting in no admittance. Photocopies, defaced, illegible or incomplete vouchers will not be accepted. In the event of the voucher getting stolen or lost, replacement voucher will not be provided to the customer.
  22. All vouchers or offers will be supplied by Enchanted Memories Travel and should be mailed to the address mentioned on the voucher.
  23. No booking on fax, phone or email will be accepted. The original voucher, along with a proof of identity, is required and must be sent to the Company’s office by using postal or courier services only.
  24. The vacation offer is non- transferable, non-negotiable, non-redeemable against cash and can be used only once against original voucher certificate.
  25. Visa cards are mailed from the supplier after the final payment is made. Visa cards are valid in the US anywhere Visa is accepted.

Coronavirus COVID-19 Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Agreement

 The 2019 Novel Coronavirus* (COVID-19, “Coronavirus”) is a known and rapidly evolving pandemic that is affecting travel worldwide, with continued spread and impacts expected.
Client is fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel. Client understands the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and any other infectious or communicable disease exists in a public place where people are present. Client understands that no precautions can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and the risk of exposure applies to everyone.
Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to check the latest travel information regarding this virus outbreak with the CDC.

Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to have travel insurance to ensure they have coverage for all medical needs and trip cancellation, but understands that concerns or fear of travel is not a covered reason for cancellation relating to the Coronavirus/ Covid-19 and will be denied. Client holds Enchanted Memories Travel harmless for his/her election to not purchase travel insurance or any denial of claim by travel insurer as it relates to Covid-19 or any other claim under the policy.
Travel insurance generally only covers unforeseen events. Most insurers classified COVID-19 as a ‘known event’ late January 2020. Please note that most policies have a specific clause stating they do not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially when travel warnings are in place. Client understands that he/she is bound by the terms of the insurance policy as it relates to Coronavirus/Covid-19.
Client is aware the travel warnings, travel restrictions, changes in destination experiences and rules and understands the risks, is accepting of these and knows that Enchanted Memories Travel is harmless for any travel restrictions, death, illness, cancellations by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider, financial loss, quarantining rules or measures put in place at airports or destinations you are traveling through. Client further agrees to hold Enchanted Memories Travel harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by the by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements due to Covid 19 and agrees not to institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to Enchanted Memories Travel for said penalties or fees.
Client is aware that additional screening procedures and restrictions may take place at airports and in public areas. Client is aware that these restrictions may include mandatory face coverings and/or temperature checks in airports, hotels, theme parks, cruise ships, trains or other means of transport. Client is aware that certain amenities or activities may be unavailable during their hotel, resort, cruise line or theme park stay.
Client is aware that Immigration restrictions may be put in place before or during your travels that may impede your ability to enter or exit your destination as planned.
Client is aware that it is his/her personal decision to travel and is doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the Coronavirus COVID-19 and takes full responsibility for his/her actions with regards to this.
