Yes! Our services are free. Travel agents are paid commissions from their vendors (resorts, hotels etc.). We do not add anything to the price of your trip.
Yes. We carry up to $1 million in trip error and omissions.
Yes. We always suggest making at least some of these reservations prior to any vacation. If you booked your trip through us, we happily make these reservations as part of our free service and in most cases we can offer some great suggestions if you need them.

Trip insurance is offered through each specific vacation vendor. We recommend that all of our clients purchase trip insurance.

Our Memory Makers® are Disney® specialists! Our Memory Makers® are graduates of the College of Disney Knowledge. They simply need to know a bit about your family and budget and they will tailor a vacation that will thrill your entire family. We will apply any discount to your trip even after it is booked (as long as you qualify) – including Disney®. In fact, most companies make their promotions available to us before they are available to the general public. You will receive an email notifying you that your price has been reduced.

Our Memory Makers® are travel experts who will assist you with every aspect of your vacation planning. Your Memory Maker® will cut through the clutter so that you can create a trip that is perfect for your family. Our Memory Makers® are seasoned travelers who can share their own experiences and advice with you. Your Memory Maker® will be happy to make all the reservations you might need. Dining, spa, golf, tennis or anything else to make your trip an amazing vacation for your family.

Booking a family vacation can be stressful, confusing and overwhelming. We can cut through the clutter of websites, options, and packages so that you can easily decide what’s best for your family. We are experts in all things travel and we are quickly becoming a leader in family travel by offering more than just discounts. We are certified travel agents. Our partners (Disney®, Royal Caribbean® and more) make discounts available to us before they become available to the general public. We make sure those discounts are applied to your trip even after your trip is booked through Enchanted Memories Travel. We want you to make memories, not reservations.

You will often save money if you book your trip through us vs. booking your own trip online. First, we are notified of all special discounts and promotions before the general public and we always apply those discounts to your trip. We have relationships with many vendors who offer additional discounts and promotions that you would never know about if you book your trip online on your own. In addition, we can tell you about tours and excursions that can be booked when you book your trip with us. You would have to search for those separately if you book on your own. At the very least, since our services are free, it will not cost more to book through us and once we book your trip, you are our client until you return. Any problems that may arise before or during your trip are handled by us. Our level of service is second to none.

Absolutely! We know that waking up early 180 days before you travel to book dining reservations is not on your bucket list. We are happy to make all character dining reservations for you!
